(approx. 6.66 marla), featuring gas, water, and electricity connections, was priced at Rs 280 per sq. ft., or roughly Rs 76,000 per marla setting a clear benchmark for residential land in the city center.
Meanwhile, in Chakdara (Amirabad) , the proximity to the University of Malakand is driving a surge in the rental market. Constructed 5-marla houses with modern amenities are being marketed as prime family investments, offering high rental yields for property owners.
Authorities continue to enforce the ban on riverbank developments to ensure flood safety, urging investors to verify all No Objection Certificates (NOCs) before finalizing transactions.
